Was it Favourable Circumstances or Hitler's Leadership Abilities that led to his rise in prominence in the late 1920s????

 Why Hitler??? 



Basically: 1) There is weakness in the Weimar Government  
                 2) Hyperinflation 
                 3) The Great Depression 
                 4) Nazi Ideology 
                 5) Charisma and oratorical skills + Skilfulness at making deals with other politicians
                 6) Exploitation of the fears of Communism + Reorganisation of the Nazi Party                        
##WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE OF FAVOURABLE CIRCUMSTANCES AND 
     HITLER'S LEADERSHIP ABILITIES?  

Favourable Circumstances 

This means an existing situation or a state that is able to help someone to get through or
achieve something easily. For example: "The hot weather made it easier for her to hang and dry her laundry".  

Leadership Abilities  
If you still don't know what is leadership abilities means, what have you been doing with
